මෙම ශාකය වන සත්ත්ව සහ වෘක්ෂලතා ආරක්ෂක ආඥා පනත යටතේ ආරක්ෂිත ශාක විශේෂයක් බැවින් මල් කැපීම, පැල ගැලවීම ඇතුලු ශාකයට හානිවන කිසිදු කටයුත්තක් සිදුකිරීම එම පනතට අනුව දඩුවම් ලැබිය හැකි වරදක් වේ (පෞද්ගලික හිමිකාරිත්වය සතු ස්ථානයක පැවතියද මෙම නීතිය මෙලෙසින්ම අදාල වේ)
